Comprehensive
Women's Center is very experienced and ready to help you with your
billing concerns. Our billing team will coordinate the precertification
and billing of your obstetrical care, office gynecologic procedures,
and all surgeries.
At Comprehensive Women's Center, we
understand that medical insurance can be confusing, however, we
encourage you to understand your individual insurance plan. Talk to
your insurance company about your deductible, copay, and out of pocket
requirements. Ask your insurance company whether you have routine well
woman coverage or only sick visit coverage. By understanding your
insurance, the billing department at Comprehensive Women's Center can
better assist you with all your billing concerns.

Our Staff
Mary Chlipala, Office Administrator
Mary
Chlipala is the office administrator of Comprehensive Women's Center.
She organizes the various departments of our Wheeling and Hoffman
Estates offices including the reception team, clinical team, and
billing team.
Mary's goal is for each patient to have a positive
experience during her visit to our office and to help facilitate a
long-standing relationship with Comprehensive Women's Center.
Mary is available Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm. She can be reached at 847.884-9800 ext. 1326.
